Like our New Look?

Welcome to our new website!  We hope you like what we've done to it.  This re-fresh is not only about appearances though.  It is part of our effort to make our operations more efficient and effective as we continue expansion of our services to Oakland’s high schools. And it is one part of our campaign to make you more aware of what is going on at Oakland Serves and to spread the word to new mentors and donors.

We have doubled our mentor placements and the schools we work this year.  So we are upping our operational game to keep pace with the school success.  Our new systems will allow us to more easily communicate with our subscribers, to fundraise and to support our mentor community.

And we are preparing for another launch as well: our Giving Tuesday Campaign to help fund our mission. Your donation will allow us to recruit and prepare more mentors to work in Oakland's high schools to support the academic success of more students!
