ABOUT OAKLAND SERVES
Oakland Serves has been providing mentors to OUSD high schools since 2018 and helping teachers help their students. We are the only organization that is dedicated to recruiting and matching community volunteers to high school classrooms on a semester and year basis.
Our classroom mentoring model addresses students when and where they are most likely to benefit from additional attention. It meets students where they are most receptive to help and before they fail.

THE CLASSROOM MENTORING MODEL
OUR MENTORS
